World Holiday and Travel Fair makes Headlines with The Star,
15 – 17 April 2011

Do you want to know where you can catch all the latest gossip and tips on the hottest travel expo in town? The World Holiday and Travel Fair (WHTF), taking place from the 15 – 17 April at the Coca Cola Dome, will once again be showcased in Association with The Star, Saturday Star and IOL. The WHTF will be sure to entice even the most experienced traveler with all the amazing destinations and travel options. Plus, The Star and Saturday Star will make sure that you don’t miss out on any of the news.

“The World Holiday Travel Fair is an incredible showcase of everything the tourism industry has in this country and beyond, which is why it is essential for the Saturday Star to be its media partner. As the leading Saturday newspaper in the country with the best Travel magazine, the relationship is a great fit that benefits both the show and ourselves,” said Kevin Ritchie, managing editor of the Saturday Star.

“The media duties are shared with the Saturday Star's big brother, the iconic Johannesburg Star and Independent On Line, South Africa's second biggest news website and the host for the papers' own websites. With all three of us, this makes for an unprecedented media relationship,” said Ritchie, and we look forward to this year's show.

Keep an eye out for all the exciting announcements leading up to the WHTF as well as all the incredible prizes to be won. At the fair itself, you will have the opportunity to plan, book and pay for your next trip on the spot! Now, what could be more hassle free? The WHTF will also be incorporating an emigration pavilion as well as an International property pavilion to really entice the travel bug inside you!

So, make sure you don’t miss the WHTF next year as it promises to be bigger and better! Grab your copy of The Star and head off to the WHTF for a jam-packed action filled weekend of travel!
